Late Penalty

When a customer who is late on a loan gets no relief from the office attendant (Lora), he is sent to the complaint department to resolve his dissatisfaction. Disguised as a masked dominatrix, Lora convinces the customer he is better off dealing with the front office. Later, his attorney comes in and is surprisingly more compliant with the staff.
