Pirate toe stomping

Lora is a pirate captain. Carmen is a worker mopping deck. Lora is hassling her kick mop out of her hand, step on it, and tell her to pick it up. Carmen is wearing heavy boots. She gets mad and stomps hard on Lora’s toes several times, and Lora clutches her feet and goes down, but she is mad. They fight. Carmen stomps Lora’s toes with heels over and over.
