Announcer to the camera: “Welcome back to another edition of our Talk-and-Fight Show with our ever popular Black Canary Lora. There have been many skeptics including well-respected journalists, doubting her skills. We have called upon these journalists to form a commission to select challengers for Black Canary Lora and set the rules. Black Canary Lora, are you ready for another challenge?”
BCL: “I am always ready for a challenge.”
Announcer: “How do you usually win your fights?”
BCL: “I am very tough and naturally strong. I can take punches. My abs are rock hard, which always surprises the boys. Then I punch them, kick them and beat them up. I have never lost a street fight. I am the invincible Black Canary Lora.“
Announcer: „Ok, but what if you cannot punch them, kick them, beat them up?“
Lora looks puzzled.

Announcer to the camera: „Well, dear viewers let me explain by introducing our next team. They posted this video.“

Show the video.

Announcer: „Here they are!“
The two wrestlers walk in. Black Canary Lora walks up to them, chest-to-chest, sizing them up, a stare down.
Announcer: „Let me tell you a bit more these two. They have black belts in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, which are very hard to earn. They have won championships.“
BCL: „So what? I will still beat them up.“
Announcer: „Well, Black Canary Lora, the commission has set the following rules. It will be a wrestling match. While they can kick, hit or punch you, you are not allowed to do so. You must find ways to submit your opponents. Are you fine with this challenge?“
BCL hesitates for a moment, a bit unsure, then: „I am ready for any challenge. I am the invincible Black Canary Lora. I will choke out these two losers. Easy fight.“
The two wrestlers laugh.
Announcer: „Well, Black Canary Lora, I too am a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.“
He puts on the black belt.
Announcer: “You will have to fight the three of us. Are you still fine with that?”
BCL: “So I shall take on three big grown men with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belts in a wrestling match? With the rules tilted in their favor? They can punch me and beat me and submit me, but I only allowed wrestling moves? That is totally unfair.”
Announcer: “Well, sorry, BCL, but those are the rules the commission chose. You are allowed to quit, if you are afraid.”
BCL: “Afraid? Quit? No, what I meant is that these two guests think they can beat me. But I will crush all of you and dominate you and humiliate and embarrass you, all on national television. [ To the announcer, pointing at the other two ] I will completely ruin the reputation of your guests. How can you do that to them? How totally unfair? They better quit now, before it is too late.”
Announcer to the two wrestlers: “what do you think? Do you want to quit?”
Wrestler 1, makes a talking movement with his hand: “She talks too much. We will make her shut up.”
Wrestler 2:”She has no chance.”
Wrestler 1: “We will submit her.”
Wrestler 2: “We will beat up Black Canary Lora.”
Announcer: “That’s our cue!”
They remove the sweatshirts, revealing their “We will beat up Black Canary Lora” t-shirts.
BCL rolls her eyes: “Seriously? I hope this gives you enough confidence to be a good challenge for me.”

All get in fighting position and fight. Tough, back-and-forth. As explained by the announcer, the guys can kick, hit, punch BCL, but BCL can only use wrestling and submission moves. The guys occasionally shout to each other, exchanging strategies: “Grab her arm!” “Choke her!” etc.. Eventually, the guys manage to submit her: perhaps by one guy choking her, the other two putting her in an armbar. Here is how it could look like, but if this does not make sense to you or you prefer some other way, no worries. You are on your knees, upper body upright. One guy is sitting on his butt sideways behind you (so, with one side facing your back) and puts you in a choke hold. He pulls you back hard, choking you. The other two each grab an arm. For example, the guy on the left and while you are still and while your upper body is still upright, he puts his left arm above your right arm, then bends his left arm, to have the left forearm be below your elbow, as the pivot for the armbar. His left hand grabs his right forearm from the top. His right hand grabs your right forearm from the top, bending it down.

BCL in some pain: “Stop!”
They stop. The guys smirk, satisfied.
Wrestler 1, to the camera: “See? We told you. She is a phony.”
BCL: “Baah, you were just lucky. I will win all next rounds.”
Guys laugh.
Wrestler 2: “She wouldn’t be able to handle even one of us. Let me take her down.”
BCL: “Where is the challenge in that? I want all three of you.”
Announcer, looks at this phone or gets some instructions: “Ok, the commission decided that Lora is so brash, she gets to take on all three one more time. If she looses, it is one-on-one.”
Wrestler 1: “Really? We have to demonstrate again, that ahe has no chance against the three of us?”
Wrestler 2: “That’s ridiculous.”
BCL: “You can’t beat me. I am the invincible Black Canary Lora.“
The guys laugh.
Wrestler 1: „Well, little Black Canary Lora. We just did!“
Announcer to the camera: „Has Black Canary Lora finally met her match? We will find out“.
BCL: “When I said stop, I actually only meant you should stop talking.”
Guys laugh:
Wrestler 1: “Oh no. We really beat you, little girl.”
BCL:”I could have still beat you. Let’s start from that position.“
Wrestler 2: „She is crazy“
Announcer: “But Black Canary Lora: if you loose now, it will destroy your reputation, and we will wrestle one-on-one!”
BCL: “You can also blind-fold me. I won’t loose. I will prove that I am stronger, tougher and better than the three of you combined.”

They do ( start from the position, where BCL tapped previously and with her blind-folded), but this time, BCL manages to get out. To get out, form fists, bend the hands forward. Then, gradually bend the lower arm forward, eventually getting out of the position. Tough fight again, but this time, BCL wins. A cool position here could be the one in the middle of “The Humiliation” video, where you lie on two guys, choking them, and use your legs to choke the third. Or use something else.

Wrestler 1: “You were just lucky.”
Wrestler 2: “We have spent many hours in the gym. We will wear you down.”
BCL: “Not enough hours. You will quit from exhaustion, fighting me.”
Wrestler 1: “Oh no. We will make you quit.”
BCL: “Oh yeah? I am tougher, stronger and better than all of you together. You will beg me to end the fighting.”

Two more fights or so, BCL increasingly dominant, even starting to give them handicaps ( blindfold? Starting position, where BCL has a handicap, eg the guys on top of her, choking her or so), even though the guys can kick, hit, punch BCL, but BCL can only use wrestling and submission moves. BCL wins.

BCL: „You guys are pathetic. You don’t deserve the black belts.“
She takes their belts, against their resistance.“
Wrestler 1: „Give us back our belts.“
BCL taunting, perhaps slightly singing: „Come and get them!“
They try. They fail.
Several more fights, more and more handicaps ( tie the hands / legs with ropes, handicap positions, blindfold … be creative. One cool starting position would be the “double armbar” as a handicap, as at the end of “Mission to Free the Prisoner.” BCL wins with increasing ease. She taunts them and ridicules them. A few times, the guys also try to get their belts back, but BCL prevents that. The guys get increasingly frustrated and more and more exhausted.

Eventually, the guys cannot continue. They beg her to stop the fighting. She chuckles and agrees.
BCL, with irony: “Here, you can even have your belts back!”
She puts them with their backs to each other ( forming a triangle) and ties their hands together with a black belt. She uses the other belts to tie them up more.

Several nice victory poses.
BCL to the camera: „Let it be known to the world. I am the invincible Black Canary Lora.“
